Super Digihome serials semicondcutor lasers address new areas in data communication. our technology is based on well-known semiconductor laser technology and packaging techniques, and offers a low-cost alternative to conventiontal laser and fiber ampilfier solutions. our laser can operate at 1310nm wavelength window and 1550nm wavelength window.The devices are packaging in butterfly package providing high coupling efficiency and high output power.
Semiconductor Optical Amplifier
Digi-SOA-710, 1550nm window, cab be used to extend telecommunication link by providing 18-30dB gain, low polarization sensitivity(<2.0dB PDG), and high power saturation output power(10mW), they can be used as in-line to extend the range of telecommunication links, typical amplifier spacings are 30-40km and total distances of > 200km are possible

Digi-LD-XX wavelengths comply with ITU recommendations in range 1527.61 to 1610nm and channel definition, alse can be customer-selected, thus adhering to the 100GHz grid(0.8nm) relative to a frequency of 193.1THz. It shows high side mode suppression ratios, very low relative intensity noise, and small linewidths.
